Default Hello from Woodstock GA

I found this forum searching for advice on fog lamps and found it really helpful.

This is my first Ranger, a 2001 extended cab 6-foot bed that was my grandfathers before he passed away a few years back.

So now, I am configuring it up to fit into my style - I know he would approve, he was a hands-on kinda guy that wasn't afraid to tackle anything.

He ordered it with few frills; no power locks/windows just a straight Ranger and it brought back memories of times when you opened the door for your date, and while you walk around to the driver's side, she pulls the handle to let you in - kinda fun. You forget that stuff with electric locks.

Put a JVC with tweeters and new 6x9's, some tint on the windows, tonneau cover, and most recently - the fog lamps.

Only the EDGE models got the fog lamps in 2001, so I had to order a new valence from my local junkyard. Picked up a pair of lights recovered from a wreck and hit the internet looking for any info on the electrical requirements and now I'm here.

Used a Dremel to trim away the EDGE part of the valence (where it curves up to meet the fender flare) although it is not perfect since the last fastener is missing, it looks decent. Now on to wiring...

Welcome

Not just the edge came with fogs You could have also bought the right upper bumper and not had to trim it
