Hello from western wi
Hey yall, This is Pete. Im from western wisconsin. I own a 87 ford ranger, regular cab long box with the 2.9l v6 5 spd manual and 4x4. I got my truck in 2004 as a 16th bday gift from my dad. it needed some love but after a short time (and me wrecking my dads 88 bronco 2) it was ready. it needed clutch work and a different transmission (thanks to by dads truck) ive been fixing it up since then. most of it was neglect from the previous owner.
I resiliently dyno-ed the truck and final shut up alot of people who judge the truck on appearance alone. 124hp and 186 ftlb torque from stock motor. my goal is to do a full body off restoration and upgrade the drivetrain. including a ford 351w interceptor crate engine, 6 spd heavy duty manual, heavy duty electric transfer case, custom difs with cv shafts to the hubs, installing rear disk breaks, 4 corner 12 inch adjustable suspension, and many interior upgrades. yes i know i sound crazy and alot of it will be custom done. About me: I am a auto tech by trade, i wish i had more time (and a place)to go off roading. and always wish i had more money to upgrade my truck.

1994 ford ranger 2wd super cab 4.0 auto tsc toolbox, autolite douple platnium plugs, pioneer cd player, cobra 29ltd classic, tsc toolbox, flowmaster super 44 dual exhaust with chrome slant tips. Coming soon: k&n filter, herculinered bed, magnaflow high performance cat, and who knows what else will get added.
