Newbie
I'm new to this forum but have been a member of several auto forums and other interest I have.
I'm having a little trouble with adding a signature. I don't know what I'm doing wrong but I will figure it out. I don't have a ranger now but I am looking to buy one for my 17 year old son to drive hoping to get better economy than our 88 7.3 Diesel.

Welcome to the forum!
Are you looking for a ranger strictly for just MPG? I suggest a ranger with a l4. But if you need a ranger with four wheel drive for snow and whatnot i suggest either a FX4 or a FX4 level II 4.0.
