Default Just sayin hello to all you strangers

Hey thought id join the fun after hearing about this forum from a friend. Im origonaly from oregon but have lived in phoenix az for a year now. Id like to thank my buddy Andy Jackman back home for spurring my intrest in (prerunner) rangers. I have a background of fabrication since early high school tho it wasnt related to trucks. now my obsession over long travel 2wd trucks is sickness also like to say thanks to my buddy Jon Fedel who i resently met as he is local, great guy and very helpful. I look forward to enjoying the thread as a member and making new friends in the area that are also fabin trucks.

Thanks for the welcome guys! also sorry for the neglect its been a wild couple months.

future plans are 8 inch over equal lenght beams with 14 inch coil overs and crossover steering for the front. Probly just a simple welded on engine cage. for the rear just a bedcage and some smooth bodies. i want the whole truck caged but thats so far out of budget right now i decided not to even dream...haha. and since i moved i have almost nothing as far as equipment...

I already have stock track width equal lenth beams on the front with f150 springs and bilsteins. i made cross over steering swingers but decided not to finish installing them since im redoing the front end any way. chevy 64 inch springs in the rear with 7 inch shackles. i just did an 8.8 explorer swap last weekend. has 4.10s and im loving it!
