Default Buying ranger on monday...

So I've been looking for a daily driver for a bit now. Found and drove a 2003 Ranger that I made an offer on. ($3900) Good?

Anyway, Saying hello and wondering if there's common problems around the 120-130k mile range.

It's a 2.3i4 5 speed.

VERY clean too. It has no stereo tho.

First thing is stereo, then tint. Other than freemods like no mudflaps and debadging.

Lemme know what you think!

Oh and what kinda mileage can I expect?

Also, what years are completely interchangable as far as interior/exterior parts?

Welcome to FRF!

Depending on your driving habits, you can get mileage in the 20's.

Not sure exactly what you have in mind as far as "debadging", but in case you didn't know, the fender and tailgate badges have alignment pins in them - meaning that if you remove them, you will have exposed holes in your sheetmetal. So unless you want to do some body/paint work, or cover the holes with something else, you're out of luck.

Interior/Exterior interchangeability you can use 98+ on some stuff 01-03 is your only option on front grille are unless you change a bunch of stuff.

So yeah, I picked it up yesterday. I love driving it. It's so different from the firebirds I've been driving all my life.

Just got insurance on it too. It raised it $35 whole dollars a month! This is awesome.
