Default Hello from Halifax

Tomorrow is a big day. Get to pick up my 2009 Ford Ranger Sport. It is my first truck ever.

It is the basic model. 4X2, blue, box liner, FM/CD/Satellite.

I want to do it up nice bit by bit.

One thing I really want to do before the summer is to put cruise control in it. Any advice from anyone?

Thanks everyone and I am glad I found this forum.

Mike

One other question, how hard is it for a novice like me to put on a set of step up tubes?

Welcome to frf and Congratulations on the truck.

the step tubes are not that hard to put on if you have a few sockets and some Patience.

It should be all bolt on, so as Bill said, just a few hand tools and some patience. Could probably use a second pair of hands to hold them up while bolting them in.
