Default help with starting problems

i have a 1985 ford ranger xlt, that i'm having trouble getting to start by key. curently i'm rolling it off to start it. i have tried a solenoid,had the starter tested and battery tested both are good,still no go. any ideas.

i finally found out what the problem was. It was a bad connection at the battery,put two new battery cable leads,on it and it starts like a champ now,thanks for everyones tips.
