Default Speedometer adjustment

My 2003 ranger has a speedometer that reads high. EX: it shows 80 MPH when I am going 70 MPH. How do I calibrate it?

please post your question in the appropriate section. the preferable method would be to use the search function, speedometer calibration has been discussed before

get larger tires. or, remove plastic bezel from speedo, remove needle, re-set to desired speed
