Yep, an other new member!
Hello everyone! Please forgive me if I seem a little odd, I am new to this type of forum. My name is Serge Lebel. friends call me Maritimer because I am from Atlantic Canada. I am a 40-some year old outdoors enthusiast who loves cross-country dirt bike runs and shining my truck. I used to own a 1994 Ford Ranger which I traded for a Toyota (Ooops, I forgot we are not supposed to say bad words on the forum, sorry) which I spent a fortune in upgrades to finally sell it recently. I just bought a 2004 Ford Ranger XLT which I plan to upgrade just as much. I love the looks of this truck!!
Between meals I work as a land surveyor. I used to own a sign shop where I made vehicle graphics for... Trucks!
Well in short here it is. I will now proceed to read some of the threads and get better informed. Thanks for making this forum available!
Maritimer.

Thanks Mykheal... I will have to get a space on the web site you mentioned and upload some pics... Might have to wait until the weekend. My Ranger is light tan, or sand, metallic. At this moment it is ''out of the box'' with no mods. Seeing other members' Rangers will help me in taking decisions on my next moves.

Wow! I keep going through the pages of this site and found out that many of you have simply superb Rangers!!! It is also nice to see that there are still many older Rangers around, this gives me a good feel for the reliability of the vehicle. My '94 Ranger cost me a lot in repairs, so I had to sell it (for $500.00, in 2005) because it was simply out of shape. When I bought my Toyota, I thought I would be set for a longer truck life (that legendary Toyota quality gave way to the though Canadian winters!), but after investing a lot of money in lift kits, off-road packages (skid plates, push bars, side steps) and a new paint in 2007, I sold it for less than half the price I invested in parts only... It was a 1991. I used to love to rebuild older trucks , but this time I invested in a 5 year old instead. Seeing all the Rangers on this site gives me hope for a second chance at owning a super truck. Got to get back to the pics... Thanks to all for welcoming me aboard!!! I will have some pics to share over the weekend.

Okay so this is just a test... I am trying my hand at adding pics here. Just in case this actually works and I get cought with my pants down to my knees, this is my old Toyota that I just sold this week. I am hoping to do the same with my (new) Ranger in terms of modifications.
