Default Newbie here from San Diego

Hello guys! I drive a '99 Ranger ext cab with the 3.0 flexfuel. For the past several years it has just been left stock and used to get to work and back, nothing more. For the past 6 months I have been fixing it up like I should have years ago, so I want to meet others that love Rangers too.

So far I have replaced the interior carpet and seat covers, added a nice stereo system, got a bed/ tonneau cover, tinted the windows, replaced the clutch, and done an overall tuneup. Now I need to replace the shocks and decide of what to do with the suspension (lift/lower). It's a 2wd, so if I do lift it, it will only be a few inches. If I lower it, I just don't know how i'll like it. Any suggestions? Price is always a consideration.

If you like the lifted look go lifted, if you like the lowered look go lowered. Do whatever appeals to you.

Thanks guys... here's a couple of pics. I like everything to match, so I try to keep everything white, including wipers, etc.. The inside is red and black with gray.

The flaps are gone.. that's a pic from before I took them off. The light covers are not just taped on, they are glued. I don't really mind them, but I will be putting euro lights on soon.
