New to the Forum
Hi, Friends.
I'm new to the forum. Recently purchased my second Ranger; a 2011 XLT, extended cab, 5 speed, 4 cylinder in black. Very smooth truck. I'm getting 29 mpg, mostly commuting to work, about 50 miles round trip. I now have 3100 miles on her. First Ranger was a 92, 5 speed. My son-in-law now uses the 92 to look authentic doing his weekend chores. I am thinking about either a bedliner or liner and cap. Plan to take the canoe on top. I don't know if I'm going to be doing any heavy hauling in this - its just to damn pretty. Any suggestions on liners and caps appreciated

I see we are encouraged to introduce ourselves. I'm 59, working in state government - mosquito control program. I'll have my 30 years this June, but plan to stay on. The wife and I want to do some canoe trips and see the country. Might plan an August trip to East Lansing, to visit son and daughter-in-law. I used my old 92 Ranger for commuting and house and yard projects. I got a lot of work out her and she still has some left in her. Banged up to hell, though.
