New To Ranger Town!
I'm the proud owner of a '99 Ranger Sport 2.5 with 5 speed and 2wd. 118k, good shape for the year, no rust, just picked it up at a local used dealer last Monday.
It's tough times to buy a relatively inexpensive vehicle that gets decent fuel mileage. I've been looking for over a month. I wanted something that I could just put liability insurance on, and the ability to haul is a bonus. So far I like the fuel capacity, ride is good for a small truck, no fluid leaks. So far, I've only washed it, and changed out the coolant. Next week will bring an oil change. It doesn't really need a lot. The future will bring a new fuel filter, then plugs and wires. Great to be here, and a new Ranger owner!
