Hey Ya.. Im a 26 year old MOPAR Guy but I know a Good Vehicle when I drive One and these Rangers are Pretty Good...This is my First Ranger and its the Second in the Family I grew up around a 76 Ranger Camper Special up untill the end of high School and it was a Beast with a 460... I now have a 96 Ranger XLT with a 3.0 5 speed 2wd. Its beat the Hell but it still start right up and runs smooth with 210,000 miles on it... im having some smog issues at this time but we think it lies in the computer but hopfully some thing works out. Well the next mod i do to this truck will be a set of .45 cal holes in the talegate and bed since this smog thing is driving me crazy... LoL I have changed the rims to a size bigger since it was a pain trying to find a good price on tires with the stock rim size... I took the front bumper off due to my lil bro rear ending two diff people. but i think it give it a sick look like a prerunner. Then the other night I took out two trees on a windy road but luckly the hit the bumper support and messed up the grill and hood but we got pulled out the mud and drove it right home. We hammered them out and running strong.
Well i would like to turn it into a offroader or prerunner and place a 5.0 in it for starters then bore and stroke.
welcome fellow Mopar lover... I have a 1972 roadrunner, n 1969 charger
