Default putting my ranger in time

I was driving home from work last night when my timing belt snapped right in half. The belt had no wear and tear on it just one of those things. Can anyone tell me how to put it back in time?

what year is the truck? Lima engine?
triangle to triangle on cam sprocket, diamond to diamond on oil pump sprocket, key way and dot at 12:00 for TDC on crank
