Default how to make o9 17" mustang rims on my rager

Well i have a little I bought 09 mustang rims (17 inch). Didn't know at the time but back ones fit great, but they need a spacer. What size should i get? And do you lose a lot of the wheel strength when you use those. My dad can machine them but i don't want to lose the integrity of the rim. I thought they would bolt right on my brother had a 88 ranger and bolted on my 99 mustang v6 rims with no probs. I Put them back on crags-list before i found i can get a spacer and i got a bunch of calls on them for 200 more them i paid for them. They have two brand new tires and two used but its really hard to tell the difference apart, the only way i was about to tell them apart was the used ones was missing a couple more little rubber strings that come on a new tire. Please help and let me know what I should do thanks for your help i really appreciate it
