Customizing
Hello All: Just joined. Name is Dave from Seattle WA.
Purchased a new 2009 Ranger 4.0 Sport Blue and have been
adding to it since.
1. Superchip
2. New intake manifold setup by K&N.
3. New front and rear Suspension
4. Waiting for Supercharger from Exployer Express.
That is about it.
Dave

Welcome to the site!
Did you order the supercharger already? If so, how did it run you? Haven't heard much since the prices were taken off the site.

It is on order from Exployer Express. This one is a new model 90. They had trouble with their old one with check engine light etc. I was told the new one should be ready by May.
My only problem is that the super chip and K&N air intake have to come off.
Oh well. The company that is installing it for me also has a customer with the exact same truck except 08 Model with Supercharger. It just took me one short ride in that truck to convince me i needed that speed. His truck runs 148mph in the 1/4.
still looking for polished valve covers. cannot locate them anywhere in this state.

Wow, that would be a whole new setup for them. All the ones currently listed on the site for Rangers are MP62 units...not the MP90's like their mustang kits use.
Any chance you can PM any other details (price - if your cool with it, etc) so I dont clutter up your welcome thread?

Re: Customizing
What a great looking truck. You did a hell of a job.

Thanks for the reply. I live about 5 miles from Southcenter.
U have a great looking truck. Will take a pic of mine as soon as its out of the shop.

The Supercharger is $5600 aluminum pulleys etc etc, quote to install $2000, plus whatever else they talk me into.
