Default needssomeadvice

Hello,

I'm considering an 03' mazda b3000; it has 252,000 kM(156k miles). The truck is selling for $4000 certified and e tested. It seems like a great deal, so I'd be willing to put some work into it(especially cheap and easy stuff). I am wondering if there are any major service issues I should be checking for or just have replaced anyway?

Welcome to FRF

I would check plugs and wires and all filters. Doing a full tune up on it because you never no when the last one was done.

look around valve covers for gasket leaks...look under the truck at the output of the motor and tranny. look for leaky seals around the ujoints...those would probably be worn with those miles on them.

All of the advice above is legit, the only thing I would add is the use of the space bar in your thread title.
