Just to add what you should look at:

Suspension bushings, they go bad on these trucks and they are a PITA to change

Body Bushings 'nuff said

Window rails, doesn't matter power or not, they bind up in these trucks

and well check the servicing on the truck, they appear to be unstoppable, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't get one that is in sound shape to begin with

if its been in a front end accident, id take it for a test drive and let go of the wheel and see how it steers, after i had an accident in my truck it bent my frame slightly and even with a correct allignment it drifts if i let go of the wheel
