Newbie on the site!!
Hey folks...came accross this site by accident but I am LOVING it. I think I might be able to beat you guys up for some much needed knowledge over the next few years.
Anyway a small intro:
I go by diamondsedge on every forum I've ever participated in...the name came from a comic book character I created a whole lot of years ago and it just stuck with me. I am 34 and growing, I currently work as a full time Air National Guard Member doing some IT/Intel type stuff. I regularly work as a medical assistant in a doctors office, but I am hopeing this guard gig can be used to find a better full time job come next summer when this mission is over. ummm what else.....oh hobbies include drawing, reading, writting, fishing (esp. with my son), hiking, spending time outdoors (or in my truck...same thing right?) and most importantly playing music. I play a few different instruments decently but my passion is my bass...I play all kinds of music and enjoy most of it. I have had my Ranger since sometime late in 2006 so coming around the 4 year mark now. I love that dang truck!!!
About the truck:
It is a 2006 Ranger Sport. It's a regular cab and it has the 3.0L V6. It is a 2 wheel drive but I sometimes treat it otherwise...I just love driving that thing anwhere thats not paved. I'm no big off road guru or anything I just like to go fishing is some spots that are not car friendly thats all. As far as any fancy mods...none yet but I really want to do some modifications on my truck. This is probably the point where I should mention I lack any mechanical or handy work type skills so ya'll get prepared for A LOT of questios wen I get ready to start adding a few things to my truck. I am not exactly sure what kind of modifications I want to do yet but I have a few vague ideas....maybe some side steps and a camper shell but maybe not. I am probably going to lurke around the site here and look for some ideas. Anyway I will post some pics of my truck in a few days when I get around to taking them.
Sooooooooooo....thats all I can think of right now....you might have noticed I can be a bit long winded. Even when I'm typing. lol.

2006 Ranger Sport Regular cab. 3.0L V6. 2 wheel drive but I don't always remember that when the pavement gets boring.
