I just bought a '96 Ranger from my in-laws (yea, we get along great) as a gift to myself for getting my MA in English after 6 grueling years. I currently live in TN and am moving to Arizona on Dec. 24th because I am sick of cold weather. I teach English 1010 online, and I'm free to wander! I love this truck. It's not fancy like some of the ones I have seen on this forum, but it's mine, all mine. I really don't plan on doing modifications because I have no idea how to do any of that. I'm just gonna keep it clean and drive the hell out of it.

All I know about this truck is that it's a '96 XLT with a 2.3L engine. It's a 5-speed, 2 wheel drive. It drives really nice and doesn't have any major problems-just some weird electrical issues and a high idling issue that I hope y'all can help me with.
