I've been lurking about the forum for a good while now, and I would like to first say thank you to everyone who has taken the time to share their knowledge here. Thanks to you guys I've been able to replace my burned out dash lights, cruise control clusters, and radio without having to pay a mechanic or installer to do it for me.
I have a 2003 3.0 Ford Ranger XLT 4-door with 130K miles. Regretfully, I did have to pay a mechanic to replace the idler pully, tensioner and belt after only 2 months of ownership; hopefully, repairs won't be a common ocurrance. Otherwise, I've been a happy Ranger owner. I've always wanted a truck as a second vehicle, and now I have one
Here's a photo of what it looked like right after the purchase about 3 months ago. Since then I've added a tonneau, nerfbars and a couple of badges to hide a small bit of paint damage. I need to take some new photos
As you can see from this pic, the Ranger is a big change in driving experience for me. I had been driving a roadster since 2002!
