Default The big blue oval badge

Gday to all, thought I'd better do the right thing and say hi before hitting the open forum.

A quick introduction, I'm from the Sunshine Coast Australia, and am a keen off roader.

I currently have a fairly well setup and modified current model Nissan Patrol wagon, with most bells and whistles when it comes to tackling the bush or the harsh Aussie outback.

OK, now to the Ford bit- Yesterday I picked up my new dual cab PK 4x4 Ranger. It has the 3.0 litre common rail engine with 5 speed manual.

I know little about these cars, and so far, I love it.

It has a heap of grunt, and is quite comfortable to drive.

This is my first Ford vehicle, which is a bit of a shock, as I like my Holdens (GM)

So, I look forward to checking the forum out, along with checking out all the info listed here.

Many thanks

Gaz,
Welcome!
I am very interested in seeing photos of your new rig. I had a CRD Jeep (USA) for 4 years and just loved the torque! I did not like the Jeep part, just the engine. There are no small diesel powered trucks here in the US. Look forward to reading your posts.
