still a rookie
hi guys: need some advice i bought a 94 ranger a couple of months ago got it from a dealer (private auto broker) any way don't know much about the history of the truck since the guy could not tell me anything it was a trade in. all i know from my mechanic (decent shape being a 94 and that it was from the north (snow) i guess because is rustead on the bottom nothing mayor.and it has a 4.0 motor the truck is lowerd don't know how they did it and what they used. anyway am doing all the maintenance on it just for my records.(oil change,oil filter,fuel filter,had to replace the mass airflow sensor,oil pressure switch.radiator flush all the good stuff going to attempt to do a transmission oil and filter change and at the same time wantead to replace the differential fluids. (BUT) the differential is extremly rusty any idea on how should i go about this never done it before but it looks somewhat easy. any way i get a little carry away writing let me get to point i know a little late. transmission what kind of fluids and how much.differential same thing. and should i get a new differential cover is that what i need in case i f**K the rustead one with bolts and all please help!!!
