Bought last 2010 on the lot today -1st Ranger...Truck!
Hello, bought the last 2010 Red Tag Sale Ranger Sport on the lot in our area. Got a great deal with all the incentives, 2K junk car rebate etc. This will be my commuter car, 12 miles one way, mostly freeway. Many weekends I volunteer as a radio checkpoint (HAM) for charity 100 mile bike rides or other races. (This next weekend is a MS 100 Mile Bike ride form Charlotte, NC to the Beach...In October for a 100 mile horse endurance race.) The Ranger will be a step up from the Elantra I have been driving.
What got me here: search for running power cord from battery thru throttle cable grommet in firewall and how to remove the jump seats. (What are these for...cruel and unusual punishment seats???) Had them remove the bedliner at the dealer and installing Line-X in next few days. Deciding where to install the screwdriver antenna...

 I am going to remove my jump seats also. Haven't really looked to see how they come out.
