Wonky Dash Lights

I'm Headed to Lowes and suddenly I get a bunch of dash lights Illuminate that shouldn't be there. Here is what showed up on the dash, #1 Loss of traction symbol, #2 Low tire pressure warning, #3 Check Engine Lt, #4 ABS, Manual brake Set (It Wasn't set),#5 Seat Belt Lt ( I had the seat belt fastened, so this should be off. When I stopped at Lowes & turned off the engine, The Anti Theft Light was flashing & I could not start the truck. I put the key in and turned to Accessory & waited 15 minutes & the truck started up. Still had all those odd dash light on, but was able to make it home. Anybody have a clue what this might be?

Have you checked the Battery terminal for tightly being on?

Also check the grounds, one just off the battery going to the core support left of the rad and then there is a main chassis ground that runs down the drivers side shotgun rail near the starter. Either of those could be corroded or damaged.

Also, the wire that goes from the Battery positive to the Ignition relay on drivers side fender was notorious for corroding and breaking inside the insulation sleeve.

I would start there. Other factors could be a failing cell, but I would suspect the wiring first.
