I pulled connector on PCM on my 99 B2500 with the battery connected and after plugging it back on the PCM, the engine would not start. I tried disconnecting the battery and grounding the positive cable for a while, and tried again. Still no start. Does anyone have a solution for me or have I irrevocably damaged something? I sure could the wiring diagram for this truck, but have been unable to find one.
