New to forum, not to Rangers.

Hello out there!
Recently bought my 3rd Ranger. Owned a 95 4wd 3.0 AT for quite a while... then changed to a 93 2wd 3.0 MT, for better towing of our small camper (not so much of the AT hunting for a gear when towing)... after a Ranger-less 2 yrs, recently got a 97 2wd 4.0 AT with extended cab, still with the idea of towing ability, as well as the occasional 'work' truck thing.
It was in pretty good shape overall, with 163k miles, and not much rust to deal with.
Replaced bent rear bumper, and added a trailer hitch... both from local salvage yard. Replaced both front fenders & repainted 'em. Found spare hitch to be broken... recently replaced that with a winch-style hitch from a later-style Ranger, fabricating mount for that. (I'll figure to explain that in a separate post.)
Retired from auto-body work. Lots of arthritis issues nowadays, so I run in a pretty low gear myself... but still in motion.
I've 'lurked' and gotten lots of good advice from this forum before, so finally took the initiative to join.
