Thumbs up '99 Ford Ranger - Blinker issues

I live in Central Texas. I own a 99 Ford Ranger - 3.0L V6

I bought my Boy with 38 miles on him, and now we are sitting at 356,000+

I am having an issue with the blinkers not staying on...

Example: When the blinker is engaged (left or right turn), and I turn the steering wheel just slightly, the blinkers stop working. I purchased a new OME replacement, and it is still doing this. The hazards are NOT affected and do not stop blinking, no matter if I turn the steering wheel. I have no other issues with any other lights.

PLEASE HELP ME! I love my Boy but need to be safe on the road for me and everyone else sharing the Asphalt Byways with me.

Welcome to FRF. It sounds like it needs a new turn signal switch.

I'm bought brand new turn signal switch already. That is what I mentioned in my post. But apparently everybody else is making light of my situation so... Thank you for being considerate.
Apparently it's a good ol boys club here. I thought I had true ranger enthusiast's that would be willing to help me out.

The blinker switch that has the hazard switch attached is what I purchased. I appreciate you taking my issue seriously apparently that's not the case with others.

You said you purchased and OEM replacement. You didn't say WHAT OEM replacement. I thought it was best to check just to be sure we were on the same page. If that was 'making light' of your situation, you just might be too thin skinned for FRF.

If you expect people to read your mind when you post an incomplete question and then have a hissy fit........move on.
