Default New (to me!) Ranger in rusty Wisconsin

I finally concluded that I really did need something to haul or transport stuff often enough that I deserved to get a truck. Kind of a rusty truck, but that's a 15 yo truck in Wisconsin I guess. Joining here in part because I want to get it genuinely, not sketchily, road worthy. By no means a true restoration, I just want to feel comfortable letting my wife drive it occasionally knowing that the suspension isn't going to collapse on the highway.

It is a 3.0 5 spd Ranger "Edge" that must have been really dashing looking off the line. Still looks pretty decent if you stand back a bit and at the right angle!
