Just signed up 1998 XLT 2.5l 5 speed
Hi folks,
I have been looking for an inexpensive truck to drive to the airport and for my son to learn on. So last week I bought this Ranger. Never had a Ranger before, but my brother likes his so I figured I would try one. This came from a nice young man who was touring the country after graduating and I got it for $2700 with 66k original mileage. It needed a few things hence the price. So far I have changed out the power steering pump and hoses, and it needs brakes and bearings. And a new windshield. Hope to get a lot of use out of it. https://www.flickr.com/photos/157037443@N05/

Newbie, myself. Putting an '09 Subaru w/doa engine as partial down-pmnt on a Ranger in the morning. My Daddy had a 4WD many years ago. Wish I had that one...
