Default New in the Tampa area/97 ranger drift build

I have a 97 Ranger with a 2.3L 8 spark plug 4 cylinder which threw me threw a loop..

* About you: I just left the military and was looking into one of these since my departure date was set.

* How old are you?27

* What is your job?none yet anyone want to hire a vet? I worked on helicopters for a bit lol..but really..

* Hobbies? Making combustible engines run, anything automotive. Even forza on the Xbox

* How long have you owned your truck?
Under a month
2. About your truck:
I bought it at a bargain knowing I'd have to put in work. 215k miles. Paid 550$.. not a typo. Its solid, but burns or leaks a good amout of oil.
* What year, package, engine, drivetrain, etc. is it?
1997 ranger XLT 2.3 rwd normal bed.

* What modifications, if any, have you done to it?
I put 20 inch rims on it and a working radio. It looks okay for now but I have a lot of work to do.

* What modifications, if any, do you plan to do to it? Where to start
1. I have a brush guard I want to put on to add mor weight up front.

2.
want to get 4.10 gears and weld them, so I can keep the 20s up front and use the stock rims to get sodeways

Thanks mike.
I have a balancer that is spinning freely around my driveshaft. Removing the bed soon hopefully.

I was going to have my diff welded but that fell thru. Now I'm just refilling the diff (probably needed anyways).. also reinstalling the gas tank. I didn't even get to weld where my cab is off the frame.
I just bought replacement peices of the first and 3rd pictures that use nuts and bolts instead of welding
Blacking out the rims and I'm going to use stock size rims when I drift
