Default Newbie 98

I have a 98 Ford ranger xlt 2wd 4 cilyder 2.5 L
I still have the stock wheels but put on General Grabber ATX tires
New power steering pump
Coils, spark plugs are new
Took off the front plastic rubber bumper
Has a whine that I think is the A/C clutch but im not sure

Cole, welcome to FRF. As Redneckstone stated the idler & tension pullies make noise, also these Ford p/s pumps whine also.
