Hi Folks ~ joined this forum looking for prospective buyers interested in a 1994 Ford Ranger Splash 2.3 / 5 speed / 8 spark plugs. It passed Ohio's Echeck in June 2018, is mechanically a great runner and the "light blue" body is solid (pics will eventually be added with more descriptive details in the For Sale forum). The major problem is the frame is found corroded at the front passenger wheel (makes me want to cry ~ I love my truck!). I don't want to drive it over the scales for weight; I want it to go to someone who knows its value for parts. age & body. I need to drive it for a short time longer and given this is a national website, I don't expect a fast sale. I'm in N.E. Ohio about 30 miles east of Cleveland. I'm seeking thoughts, advice, and interests. Is it perfect and worth thousands ? NO. The windshield is cracked, passenger seat is missing (haha, long story) one leaf spring is cracked and the other is broke at the bracket. I have 2 used leaf springs & brackets bought from the salvage yard. Given the frame condition, the truck needs sold for parts so needed repairs are somewhat insignificant (unless you're looking for those parts). 4 tires are VGC. Any & all replies will be appreciated.
