Default Portland user new to the forum

Hello! Very new to rangers. I mainly use it for hauling my toys (bicycles and motorcycles). I do have a small issue:

2005 Mazda B3000 2wd

While turning left at slow speeds I hear/feel a very very slight binding in the steering. Itís very faint, and steering feels right otherwise. After searching the forums, seems to suggest putter tie rod ends. Good place to start? Can you inspect them visual?

Also should note: no clunking or noticeable play when driving. Steering and suspension feel tight otherwise.

jack the truck up one side at a time upfront. Just need an inch or two and free spinning wheel. Grab the tire in a 9 and 3 position and try to rock it back and forth. If some play is felt tie rods may need changing, at the very least looked at.

While you have it there. May as well do the 12 and 6 position and check upper/lower ball joints too. Same as above.
