Have you tried replacing your radiator cap? The radiator cap is rated to keep the cooling system in your vehicle pressurized. It is part the system that makes coolant mix into a magic liquid which doesn't boil off at 212 degrees, like water normally would. It also controls coolant flow into the reservoir, so if it gets old, it will allow more coolant to pass into the reservoir. The cost about $10 at a parts store.
