Default Personal Intro

Hi all
I'm an older inactive member from 2014 but forgot I was a member after going through a few new laptops.

In 2002 as a company vehicle, I was given my Ranger with 80 miles on it to cover my territory of 5 western states. After driving it for nearly 8 yrs I purchased this very reliable truck because I knew the history on it. Running Synthetic oil since the day I had it. As of July 2018 I just turned 485,000 miles on the original engine. When I did make the purchase of the truck, the mileage was already in the stratosphere. The company sold it to me for $800.00
Not bad if you ask me.

Hey guys. I'm Joey. Newbe Trying to learn my way around. I have 2 rangers in the house. 1st is a 91 xlt std cab 2.3 manual trans. That belongs to my sister. I will be picking up an 02 2.3 auto trans that I don't know much about yet. It was a shop truck. More on that to come , I'm sure. I haven't seen as of yet where I can create a new thread. So if y'all can shed some light that would be awesome. My 1st concern is with sisters truck, I know it has a 7.5 ring gear. 3.45 ratio. With 9 inch brakes. The rear gears (ring and pinion have exploded inside. Trying to find out if a rear ended with 10 inch brakes will bolt up. Looking to just drop in a whole drum to drum set up.
