Default Howdy

I might be purchasing my father-in-laws 94 ranger. Not sure of the trim, but it's got a v6...but apparently there are two 6 cyl engines as well.

Trying to learn more about the truck to see if I can use it or not.

v6 options were 3.0 and 4.0, fo course there is the 2.9 v6 but i dont remember if they made them the newer body style or not. you can use anything if you set your mind to it. rangers are tough little trucks most of the time and can take a beating. i bought mine for 500 bucks and the guy never changed the oil for well over 20k miles, and there was so much sludge built up im surprised it ran.

thanks for the welcome. I need to look on the door panel to see what this one is rated at towing wise...then see what I'll need to do from there...if it'll pull somewhere close to what I need it to I'll end up buying it, good solid trucks these rangers.
