New to the ranger forum

Hello all,

Picked myself up a 2010 single cab 2.3 a few months back and I'm really enjoying the truck so now I wanna invest myself into it! I'm not into any massive big ol jesus trucks and this standard 2.3 fits my driving style perfectly and got that great fuel efficiency. Figured this would be the best place to go to get advice and such on some modifications that could be done to my ranger as it doesn't seem like there is much out there anywhere else on modifying the newer 2wd 2.3s. My truck is completely stock, blank canvas so if you guys have any resources to get quality parts for the truck or any tutorials and advice on basic mods like lift, exhaust, replacing back window for a sliding one (solid is so annoying on the highway with cab windows rolled down) and just other things that I see fit as the work develops.
