Default New Kid on the Block

It's not my first Ranger, but it is my first Ranger Forum. My first one was a 1987 2.0l carburated that I inherited by marriage. Didn't care much for my father-in-laws maintenance habbits and I sold that one right away. My second one was a 2000 2.5l 2wd, that I bought with 67,000 miles and drove it for 13 years and took it a little past 400,000 miles. When I sold it there was still the original water pump, oil pump, injectors, coil packs, fuel pump, the original clutch, and something I just learned about, original rear spring shackles. I figured it was time to move on and get something a little more sophisticated and ended up with a 2013 Escape. It didn't take me long to figure out that it was just not me. So I looked around and found a 2002 2.3l 2wd with 58,000 miles and jumped on it like a hobo on a hotdog. So I'm back on the Ranger train and decided to finally join a forum. So here I am, this is me, glad to be here.
