Default Fuel cutoff switch

Hi Guys and Girls,
Bit new to this asking for help bit but hear goes!

I have just upgraded to a 2013 Ford Ranger double cab it is a 2.2 Diesel and on the way home yesterday I hit a large bump in my road and the truck stopped and will not start, having had this on my old ranger I thought it would be the fuel cut off switch but having looked under the passenger side kick panel I have found no switch having searched all round I am unable to locate the dam thing does anyone know where Ford have now hidden it???

Whereas we can likley help or resolve your issue, the US wasnt privy to the Diesel. FORD seems to think the market here is weak or "Wouldn't like it".. So much so that they killed off the Ranger in JUST North America while continuing the production around the world. Nice huh? lol

So first question - Does it attempt to start by turning over or is it act dead?

2nd - Do we hear the vehicle prime up the fuel pump before turning over?
