Default 97 ford ranger 4.0 V6

Engine bucks until full warm. $3000 and 8 mechanics have not fixed it. I need a patient and rational mechanic.

What has been done so far that you know of, both in testing and in parts replacement?
Is the check engine light on?

13 boxes of parts changed. Fuel pump, filter, fpr, coil pack, maf, plugs, plug wires, fuel pump relay,
