I will start this by saying that I'm 15 yo. My grandpa just gave me his 1997 ford ranger regular cab. My dad owned a 2007 ford ranger a while ago, but thats all I know. The first thing I'm going to do is improve the audio, get new speakers, and a new radio. It runs good, the only bad thing is there is a big dent in the drivers door. Im gonna see if the local junk yard has one. I will enjoy looking through all of the helpful threads!
