Default New to FRF and i have a question.

Hi my name is mike and i registered a couple days ago. I have a 93 xlt ranger 4cyl 5spd. My question is can i convert my front end to a 98? Im not sure if someone has asked this before but if anyone has any info or advise i would gladly appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

Questions like yours are better off asked in the appropriate section of this forum, This section is for introductions questions here often go overlooked.

I would answer your question but I do not know what body panels will interchange from year to year.

Mike, welcome to FRF. I Googled 1993 Ranger, & 1998 Ranger & it looks like the front fenders are different by the head lights so you probably could but you would have to swap the complete nose sheet metal.

Mike, 1993 to 1997 have different front fenders than 1998-2008. HTH

Yeah, pretty much. I think the bumper would work, but it wouldn't have the 1998 look that you are going for. If you decide to do this, be forewarned that the header panel on the 1998 can have issues with how the lights attach. So you would really want a new one rather than a salvage yard unit.
