Default New guy from Massachusetts

New to the forum but the site has been helpful - thanks
Just purchase a 2006 2wd standard cab Ranger, 4cyl, 115k. Body is in great shape as far as rust and scars which is rare in Massachusetts have been looking for 3 months. Just need a pick up I can do some jobs around the house was not looking to spend a lot. Truck came with a cap and trifold cover, $2500.

The only issues is the shaking.

Will start re-balancing the tires, may need a tie rod end, and go from there. Also shaking gets worse when brakes are applied so now assuming the replacement of the rotors, pads and wheel bearings will be in my future.

So happy to be here

Bill, welcome to FRF. The shaking when you get to a certain speed sounds like tire balance, as far as the shaking while braking that sounds like the brake rotors/rear drums need to be resurfaced/replaced.
