Default Complete Rebuild

I'm posting this here because I don't yet know the year or specs, I'll make a post in the more appropriate section when I know more. I know my grandpa had an older ranger when I was a kid, and it has sentimental value to my mom. I plan to track it down and get it fixed up. With all your experience with Rangers, what do you folks ballpark it will cost me? I'm betting by now the interior will need solid work, and the engine and transmission will probably need rebuilt at a minimum. Tires need replaced as I don't think it's being driven, and suspension could be in any state so I'm planning ahead to replace any that need it. Still waiting to find out the year for sure but it's probably a 1991.
