chicagos in the house
what's up guys, new to the site. Name is Tony out of chicago. got a 2000 xlt 4x4 v6 (friggin awesome on gas). wanting to do only 2-3 mods. new front end, new tail lights not sure what year i can use up to that still fits, and possibly a new gauge cluster but its hard to find one with the amount of miles i have or a direct lay over. looking for the 2001-3 look of the gauge cluster. Any advice and/or tips is welcome.

welcome! its not too hard to pull the ODO out of your old one and into a new one (as long as its no later than an 03 cluster i believe). you'll need to recalibrate the speedo though. there's an easy process for that as well. tedious, but not hard.
