Bought my Ranger about a year ago and couldn't be happier with it.

Currently looking to install a roof rack on the cab or shell to haul a bicycle, some skis, and store some extra gasoline and propane. It would be real nice to ditch the trailer hitch bike rack and store the bike up top.

if you took the front wheel off your truck, would it not fit within your shell? It seems crazy to have a truck and not carry that stuff in the bed.

I like to keep the bed open for sleeping. I also keep gear that I'd prefer to keep dry in the shell. Living a bit on the nomadic side at the moment.
