Bent control arm? Seems like an odd failure, specially if you can't tell on that wheel that the truck got walloped there. But ok. I missed how old the truck is, can't see the picture in the OP, but buy a vehicle with 90k, having to replace the tires isn't too terribly far fetched...I've replaced tired from being out of round when the still had tread, just made a lot of vibration.

Control arm might be bent. Front Left.

Best to fix it now, than chew through tires in the future.

I probably don't have any recourse through the dealer I bought it through.
Ugh, I almost feel sick now.....
1 degree max adjustment on what? Neg Camber Pos Camber, Toe in or Toe out?
I hope it's just your upper control arm that is bent because that lower one would be a real b**** to replace with the torsion bar suspension.
One way to tell is by looking how far each torsion back is sitting back in the lower control arms. If they are both the same you shouldn't have a problem.
You should run a CarFax report on it to see if it was ever in an accident.
I guess the worse case scenario would be a bent frame, but that could be straightened out on a frame rack.

Just an update to put an end to this. I'll post in other forums now.
Upper Control Arm, new tires, balance, alignment and now the truck drives like new.
I'm glad it's good now. I feel like the rest of the truck is in great condition.
Live and learn, I guess.........live and learn and pay a lot of money. *sigh*
