NewB here in Pa.
I can't really say I'm an enthusiast or anything, but I do own a 1993 Ranger XLT with around 165000 on it. I use it primarily to get to and from work. Well I should say I used it to get to and from work. I used to engineer tooling for Dana in their structures division until they sold it to Metalsa back in March. I have extensive knowledge of Ford F series truck frames and expedition truck frames, as well as other manufacturers frames, and could conduct a class on the hydroforming methods used in all large scale processes. So go ahead and ask about any truck frame with a hydroform frame, the odds are that I may have worked on the tooling to produce that part. Oddly enough, Dana doesn't have the contract for the Ranger, so I don't know didley about the frame. I am really here to do some research on my truck which is in need of repair.
