Default First Time Ranger Owner

To explain the wings in my username I am learning to be an aircraft mechanic. I recently had to part with my 92 Roadmaster, which I shall miss very much. I found this 04 Ranger as a reasonable replacement & I hope to spend many years with her. The truck is in good shape with 183 thousand miles. Came with roll up bed cover & full plastic bed liner. Glad that there is no electronic junk in the cab (power windows etc). The fist things that I plan to do are replace that darn cruise control switch. I am very interested in using that K&N filter to gain some fuel economy. Will this work well?

Welcome buddy! Mostly, these filters doesn't give very noticeable gain as the current one on our ranger is enough. Search around for some discussions..
